Cisco ThousandEyes gives you granular insight into your end-to-end network, covering both networks that you own as well as networks that you do not own. I recently had a chance to chat with Dre Garrison to learn more about ThousandEyes capabilities and get more information about use cases.

hey everybody we’re out here at Cisco partner Summit and I’ve been chatting with Dre here about thousand eyes now thousand eyes provides a lot of network visibility and Assurance can you give me some more information about that absolutely so it’s end integration so we look at his endpoint we look at your when we can look at your data center your branch and we’re going to give you that total enduser digital Assurance experience so the time that your user on boards from the time that they get off board basically so we’re going to be able to be able to track that monitor that be able to look at the issues and be able to quickly effectively support your it infrastructure we also have internet insights so that goes beyond your network so say that Spotify or Office 365 or something like uh Google cloud is down we can quickly identify that so you can be able to troubleshoot that maybe your ISP got issues we can go through and identify the links through the path and say hey it’s not my issue it’s your issue that way you can quickly get to the issue at a timely manner contact your is cre and get it going so so thousand eyes can take care of monitoring the networks that I own as well as networks that I don’t own absolutely so that’s the beauty about it so internet things goes beyond the networks that you own so we have all these isps and they’re all connected through when through bgp and all that good stuff so you need to be able to monitor those things and thousand kns gives you that capability through several metrics through Cloud agents or whatnot but basically we’re able to put you beyond your network so you can effectively trouble CU that’s always a problem once I get beyond my network we always say I don’t know what’s going on how you know what’s going on with yeah that sounds really incredible where can I go get some more information about thousand eyes thousand eyes.com we got plenty of literature plenty of goto Market we got plenty of demos you can sign up for a trial it’s really has really simple use cases to get you up and going good Integrations I suggest you give it a trial all right thanks so much Dre appreciate your time absolutely man [Music]
