While at Cisco Live EMEA, I had an opportunity to catch up with Albi van Zyl and Harald Liessmann about NTT Data’s 35 year partnership with Cisco, and NTT Data becoming the first Global System Integrator to achieve Splunk Global Advise. There is a lot of great momentum, and the partnership is continuing to build momentum to deliver meaningful outcomes

Hey everyone, we’re out here at Cisco Live in Amsterdam and been talking to Obby about NT data and the partnership with Cisco. Now, entity was the very first gsi to achieve the global advice. Can you give me some more of your perspective about the partnership and where you see things going? >> Well, firstly, I think it says it behind me. We’ve got a 35 year partnership with Cisco and so it’s it’s really longstanding and very important to us as a business. And now with Splunk and the extension of our opportunity around security and observability with the Splunk portfolio, we wanted to get ahead of uh the game very quickly. So we are delighted, we heard the news today that we’ve achieved that certification of the global advice for Splunk and for us it’s really all about uh delivering the outcomes for our clients but being very relevant. And you can’t be relevant today unless you can um play in the AI critical AI infrastructure market with clients and certainly secure critical AI infrastructure. >> Yeah, absolutely. Now, Harold, you’ve been involved a lot along the way with this relationship. Can you give us some of your thoughts? >> Yeah, Entity Data have been a great partner for Cisco all the time in all of our technologies. They always hold the highest certifications really across the board. So I’m very happy to see that you’re also joined now the Splunk side of things and uh looking forward to new solutions and everything we can do together with Splunk and the Cisco portfolio. >> Yeah, >> absolutely. So a lot of good things going on already and a lot of great things yet to come. So if I’m a customer out there and I want to go learn more about the outcomes I can achieve with ENT data, Cisco, Splunk, where can I go learn more? Well, entitydata.com is a good start and certainly cisco.com I think is not a bad effort either or Splunk. But um you know I think the the best ways for people to see each other face to face. So speak to your Cisco uh account manager and ask them to speak someone at entity data. That would be a great result for us. >> Yeah. Absolutely. Thanks so much for your time and your partnership. Thank you. >> Thank you. Thanks. Thank you.
