Hey everyone, we’re out here at Cisco Live and I’ve been talking to Garrett here about Collective and all of your collaboration tools that you have and the telemetry that you’re extending to Splunk and what you’re doing there. It sounds really exciting. Can you give us some more information about that? Yeah, I’d love to. So, uh, what we’ve been doing is we’ve actually been working with Splunk, um, starting for about six months ago. And what Collective has historically done is we integrate to all the major collaboration applications. And what we do with that is we have an observability tool that collects all the real user monitoring uh for all of those applications and then we stream that in. We do a lot of machine learning on top of it and understand kind of where in the network topology you are experiencing success and where you might want to you know do a little bit better sometimes. And in working with Splunk uh what we’ve uh done is built out a really awesome integration that just puts all your data into that nice single pane of glass. And I know that that’s kind of a buzzword lately. Everyone talks about the single pane of glass, but you’re truly able to take all of your collaboration experiences. So, every meeting, uh, live streaming video, large video, VOD, and you can actually collapse all of that, stream that in, understand where in your network you’re having success, where you might not be, and then put it where your network and it support group wants to work, which is in Splunk. So, they can just go in there, they’ve got all that data, uh, they can actually go solve tickets really, really quickly. So, we’re thrilled to work uh with Splunk and to bring this to uh Cisco Live and and to chat with our customers and and everyone else who’s interested about it. So, you mentioned some specifics like WebEx and Teams and on 24 and things like that. So, all of that is supported in your platform. All of it’s supported in the platform and we’ve made all of those incredibly simple uh for most of those applications like for Webex or for Teams or for uh Calura, Vimeo, any of those uh applications. It’s just drop a token uh in the admin center and you’re good to go. You’re integrated at that point. And so it’s really truly easy to get spun up really fast and to start streaming that observability telemetry into collective and Splunk. Very cool.
