Splunk Cloud officially launched in Azure last year at Microsoft Ignite, and the innovation has continued. While at Cisco Live, I had the opportunity to chat with Wayne Brown and Ryan Zielinski on some of the current integrations such as Security Copilot, AI, GRC, and some exciting things in the works. Hey everybody, we’re out here at Cisco Live and I’m talking to Wayne and Ryan. Now Ryan, you’re from Microsoft and Wayne, you’ve done a lot of work with Microsoft and AI and co-pilots and it’s really interesting. Can you give us some more information about that? Yeah, absolutely. So at Splunk, we recognize that Microsoft is in every business that we know of. So, it makes sense from a Splunk perspective to work very closely with Microsoft on a number of different initiatives. Um, but what I want to do is I want to give it to Ryan to talk about the various things that Splunk and Microsoft have been partnering on so far. Everything. Uh, I’ve been with uh working with Splunk and and Wayne and Jason for what a year and a half now, give or take. Uh, we’ve been doing a lot of random things. Obviously, Splunk is now on Azure uh as of Ignite of last year, which is about November. Um we’ve been working on different integrations with security copilot. Uh I think we’re planning on doing a separate co-pilot with that as well coming up. Uh we’ve talked about Purview getting uh different integrations into various Microsoft platform uh uh solutions. Um what else have we been doing? Oh, Azure Local. We’re going to be talking about Azure Local and hopefully be able to get um Splunk onto Azure local and do some fun integrations there. Really like working with Wayne. Uh we always have all these meetings and we try to figure out the fun new things that we should be putting into Splunk and make sure that you know there’s differentiation on the Azure platform. So the whole idea is organizations right now are talking to all of their vendors, all of their cloud service providers to say work together, make us more secure, make us more digitally resilient. We don’t care about the competitive aspects. And that’s the objective that I have as working with Microsoft.
