Hey everyone, we’re out here at Cisco Live and I’m talking to Chitra here about thousand eyes and assurance and there’s something new with cloud insights. Can you give me some more information about that? Uh, sure thing Jason. Uh, hi everybody. So, as you all know, Thousand Eyes assurance provides end to-end visibility no matter what part of the network you are in. Thousandize cloud insight specifically provides in-depth visibility into your cloud providers. Right now we are providing support for AWS and we are soon be providing support for Azure as well followed by GCP. Now what sets apart thousand eyes cloud insights is the whole sheer breadth and depth of metrics that it can provide in debugging anything with regards to cloud. So irrespective of what goes wrong, you needn’t just stop at the network layer. You can go a step further and see what exactly is the issue and where exactly does it lie within any parts of the cloud. No matter where it is, you have a config change, cloud insights to your rescue. You have an operational change, cloud insights again to your rescue. You want to see the inventory of all your cloud provider resources, you have cloud insights. So no matter what use case you have for the cloud, cloud insights will be there for you to make sure that you have that in-depth visibility that can make troubleshooting easier. That’s amazing. So you’re getting all of this network telemetry from the network you own outside of your network that you don’t own all the way into the cloud. Amazing.
