Hey everyone, we’re out here at Splunk TechSummit and I’m talking to Robert here about Red Hat and Ansible. Can you tell me what we got going on there? >> Yeah, sure, Jason. So, we’re working with Red Hat to develop an integration for their event driven anible platform. Uh, it will allow Splunk users who, you know, they have Anible and they have Splunk, but right now there’s no way to trigger Ansible playbooks from Splunk. So, we’re developing uh alert actions uh ITI episode review actions and actions in enterprise security that will allow users in Splunk to automate when to send events to event- driven anible which can conditionally trigger remediation playbooks. So, it’s leveraging the power of Splunk’s observability with Anible remediation capabilities. That sounds really cool being able to remediate from Splunk with Anible.
